my roommates

Me, Emily, Angela

a series of firsts

The past few months have brought me many firsts: fisrt kiss, first boyfriend, and as of yesterday...first speeding ticket.

That's right. Some stupid cop pulled me over (for the first time EVER) and not only gave me a ticket for speeding, but the jerk gave me a ticket for not getting a TX driver license within 30 days of moving here. Who has ever heard of that?!? He said that my license is not valid. What a crock. So now I have to go to court because I can't take defensive driving since I don't have a TX DL. This sucks!!! Tickets SUCK and mean cops SUCK!!!

These are my roommates and my roommate's sister on the end.

My life in Dallas

Well, so much has happened since I have been in Dallas. I will start with the most recent things. I had my first boyfriend and along with it my first kiss and my first make out sessions. It was AWESOME!!! What have I been waiting for all this time?!? Things didn't last very long, but I had a great time. I've been dying to kiss someone for the last couple months. Anyone know a cute guy in Dallas? Send him my way!! I've got my eye set on a couple hotties, but no real developments yet. A guy I worked with at Baskin Robbins actually moved here a few months ago. He is in my old branch. I went down to see him on Sunday, but he didn't say anything to me. He is so shy. Looks like I'm going to have to bust out with he aggressive side of me. I can't wait.
I've become quite the traveler lately. I've been to NYC twice (hi, Austyn! I miss you!!!!), Austin, Crawford, and Waco almost every weekend. I'm also becoming a water person and I went camping for the first tome in 10 years. It was fun. My roommates and I are camping on Lake Whitney over Memorial Day weekend. That should be interesting. My oldest sister laughed at me when I told her what I was doing. I told her prissy girls can camp too; it just takes some getting used to! I plan of spending all day at the lake working on tanning my pasty white legs. My arms, face, and neck have a good, solid tan, but the sun seems to keep missing my legs. Rude.
When I'm not traveling, I'm surrounded by pregnant people. My close friend at work is pregnant, two of my best friends here are prego, one sister is pregnant, another just had a baby, another is trying to have a baby, Andi is pregnant, and Michelle just had one. Am I missing something here? Should I be pregnant too? I swear I was by all the sympathy pains I've been having. Thank goodness I haven't been throwing up. I don't think I could take that. Hehehehe
That's all for now. I have to get back to my reality TV addiction. Love you all!!!

freshman picture video

Austyn -- I have it! It's on VHS form. The next time I'm home, I can get you a copy made and sent off to you. Now a question for you (or anyone else) -- Does anyone have a copy of Heather Mitchell's copy of our "One in a Million" talent show dance??? I've been dying to see that for the last 4 years ;) Lemme know!!

PS

hi, me again. Sorry. I have been meaning to ask you all this for some time... Do you remember that video that Jill and them made freshman year with all our pictures? Does anyone have that?
